Sweet potato crescent rolls

Oh these rolls were so good.  They almost tasted like a dessert.  I found the recipe on  I didn't make many changes.  The only thing is that it called for bread flour of which, I had none.  So I added 2 teaspoons of vital wheat gluten to it.  I also used whole wheat flour and white whole wheat flour in equal amounts.  I hope your family loves these rolls as much as mine did.
